Joanna Caplan is a Canadian actress and theatre artist. After graduating from Dawson College’s Professional Theatre Program in 2005 she was hired by Geordie Theatre Company to perform in their cross-Canada tour. In 2009 She graduated with a combined-honors degree from the University of King’s College in Halifax after which she moved to Toronto and performed the leading role inParole Parole at the 2010 Rhubarb Festival at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre. In the summer of 2010 she performed the leading role in the original piece The Last First Nations Museum at Toronto’s Summer Works Festival, and created and toured The Girl Who Married a Ghost to Toronto and Montreal.
